Be More Than a Coach. Be a Leader.
Warren County Flag Football is looking for positive, enthusiastic adults who want to make a difference in the lives of young athletes.
Our coaches play an important role in creating a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where players can learn the game of football, develop new skills, build confidence, and learn the value of teamwork and sportsmanship.
What We Expect From Our Coaches
Our coaches are expected to:
- Create a positive and encouraging team environment
- Teach the fundamentals of flag football
- Help players develop their skills and confidence

- Provide meaningful playing opportunities for every player
- Communicate respectfully with players, parents, officials, and other coaches

The league will provide coaches with:
- Coach orientation
- League rules and expectations

- Support throughout the season
Coach Requirements
All coaches must:
- Complete the league’s coach application
- Complete required background screening

- Follow the league’s coach and parent code of conduct
The goal is to make coaching manageable for families while still giving players a great football experience.
